Some of my earliest memories are of sitting on a stool and my mother patiently braiding my hair every morning. I wore my hair in pigtails for years. It was easy for mom to style and maintain and my pigtails looked really cute.

There are many advantages to wearing braids hairstyles. Braids secure hair even with multiple layers of “uncontrollable” and uneven hair.
